Terms of Service

All sales are strictly business-to-business (B2B) for licensed medical professionals, clinics, distributors, and authorized healthcare businesses. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you hold all licenses, registrations, and permits required to purchase, receive, store, and administer or resell the ordered products in your jurisdiction.

We do not sell to private individuals or unlicensed parties. Idunn Medical reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including where verification cannot be completed or where supply would breach applicable law.

• Prices are quoted in EUR (€) or USD ($) net, ex-warehouse, exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and courier fees unless stated otherwise in a written quotation or order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, and product specifications in line with manufacturer updates. Confirmed orders are priced as stated in the order confirmation.
• Order acceptance is contingent upon successful verification of B2B credentials and compliance checks.

Wholesale pricing and order conditions are available after B2B registration, account verification, and login. Specific commercial terms, including minimum order requirements where applicable, are communicated in the wholesale portal or in a written agreement.

Return and credit terms, where offered, are set out in the wholesale portal or confirmed separately in writing. Until final terms are published, no returns are accepted except as required by mandatory law or as expressly agreed in writing.

Temperature-controlled products (including botulinum toxins and selected biorevitalisation and mesotherapy lines) are prepared for shipment under GDP cold-chain protocols from our Warsaw warehouse where applicable.

• Products definitively proven defective upon arrival.
• Shipping errors directly attributed to our fulfillment.

You agree to maintain valid professional licenses, registrations, and permits required in your jurisdiction for the purchase, storage, administration, and resale of medical aesthetic products. We may request updated documentation at any time to verify ongoing compliance.

Products are supplied with CE marking under EU MDR 2017/745 where applicable. We do not represent that any product is authorized for every destination country. You are solely responsible for lawful import, storage, marketing, use, and resale within your territory, including any national registration, notification, labeling, professional-use, or importer obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products supplied through our distribution network.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts competent for the registered office of the seller shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
